We support dense, mixed-income housing that makes room for more people to live near jobs, transit, and community life.

Transit

We push to prioritize public transit in our well-served neighborhoods and expand access where it’s most needed.

Neighbors

We help members connect with their block clubs, meet new neighbors, and organize around shared issues.

We work to support small and family-owned businesses, new and old, that make our neighborhoods unique and vibrant.

It’s a Wrapped post 🙃 Sheridan Road is built like a highway, and the consequences are deadly. On Friday morning, an SUV driver killed a 34-year-old man on this corridor. A heartbreaking loss of a neighbor that should never have happened. Chicago is proposing massive cuts, nearly 70%, to the funding that keeps our streets safe for people walking, biking, rolling, and taking transit. These cuts would undo years of progress and make it harder for Chicago to grow and thrive.
